Customs duties as well as other costs that may be added to international shipping are paid by the customer.

You will receive an order confirmation in your email when your order is placed. Once your order has been sent, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your package is ready to be picked up at the nearest pickup point

1 ) You have 90 days to return your order after delivery.

2 ) We only accept products in return that are in the original manufacturer's packaging, unused and unopened.

3 ) Return of canceled order is paid by the customer.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

All our shampoos contain a low percentage of water and a high amount of natural active ingredients. This means that our shampoos can be experienced as more viscous compared to other products. It's a sign of natural health.

The whole product is 100% natural and can be broken down and taken care of by nature.

The small amount that is recommended to be applied on your pet is not dangerous, but we do not recommend that your pet should eat a whole can WAP: 2 Tick ointment.

We recommend storing WAP: 2 tick ointment at normal room temperature but the effect is not lost. If it has been exposed to heat, set it in the refrigerator for a while.

If your dog is bathing once in a while it won't affect the function of the product. But if the dog is bathing regularly, we recommend applying the product more often than every 14 days. 

*After shampooing, we recommend applying the product again.

We have a customer satisfaction of 99%, but no product can ever provide 100% protection. The results may vary per individual.
