It`s of course possible to shop directly in our webshop. To see if we have a dealer in your city, click on our list of reseller.

Free shipping throughout Sweden. Outside Sweden, the shipping fee is 79 SEK. We ship with Postnord and DHL. It is important that you provide the correct e-mail address and telephone number. If you provide incorrect information, you will not receive the necessary information about your order. Packages that are not picked up will be sent back to us

Your order will be sent as soon as possible after your order. We usually pack and send orders received before 12.00 on weekdays the same day. Normally, all customers have their packages within 2-4 working days, but there is nothing we can guarantee.

Customs duties as well as other costs that may be added to international shipping are paid by the customer.

For environmental reasons, we mainly use recycled packaging materials and packaging.

You will receive an order confirmation to your email when your order is placed. Once your order has been sent, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. When your package is ready to be picked up at the nearest postal agent, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

We understand that you are looking forward to receiving your order. Therefore, you will receive regular updates from us about the order:

Have you regretted and want to return a product? You can do it free of charge within 90 days after you receive the order.

Keep the following in mind when returning products:

– For hygienic reasons, all our products must remain unopened in their packaging and not be used.

– Are you dissatisfied with your product? Where there is a complaint. Then contact us and we will help you solve what you are dissatisfied with.

Of course, we want you to be happy with your products. Therefore, we would like you to contact us if you have a complaint regarding our products / services.

In order for us to be able to help you in the most efficient way possible, we ask that you contact us by e-mail or Facebook (Messenger). We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours, even on weekends. If your complaint concerns an order you have made online, we ask that you state the email address you have placed the order in.


All our shampoos contain a low percentage of water and a high amount of active ingredients out of only natural ingredients. This means that our shampoos can be experienced as more viscous.

By biodegradable is meant that the entire contents can be broken down and taken care of out of the ground.

We do not recommend that your dog eat a whole can WAP: 2 Tick ointment as it contains essential oils. The small amount that is recommended to be applied to your dog in order to have effekt against ticks is not dangerous for your dog.

Our recommendation is to store WAP: 2 tick ointment in normal room temperature. If it has been exposed to heat, set it in the refrigerator for a while. The effect is not lost.

With occasional baths in lakes, streams and seas, the effect lasts. For many baths on hot summer days, it is recommended to apply more often than every 14 days. After shampooing, we recommend applying the product again.

WAP: 2 is effective against ticks, but does not provide 100% protection. Results may vary per individual. But today we have a customer satisfaction of 99% from our customers.
